My family and I enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy and quick and the front staff were friendly. We felt the room was clean and comfortable. The pool was open but we did not get in. It looked a little cloudy. We didnt use the gym but it was available too. We should've taken advantage of the breakfast, but we're visiting from out of town and wanted to try other restaurants. We did have breakfast before check-out and it was the typical spread for a hotel: waffle maker, breads, pre-cooked meats, cereal, etc. My only gripe would be that someone pulled a fire alarm after 9 pm on Sunday. But what can you do about that right. Overall, we were pleased and would stay again.

Mieasha!!!!! Her service level exceeded expectations. Her genuine nature to be attentive and care is beyond belief. She really set the bar high for the staff and the staff delivered. The staff always greeted us with a smile and was helpful from the janitorial staff to the breakfast staff. I was impressed with the staff morning huddles. Upper management uplighted their staff while keeping the business the focus. The staff members were engaged and enthusiastic about the message being delivered. It was a bresthe of fresh air to see such an open line of communication in a corporate environment. When I am Jackson, this is the only place my family will stay.

We came expecting our kids to be able to swim and found that you had to register a time slot. Only one family in pool at a time??? The breakfast was terrible. Waffle machine broken, microwave broken, selection very limited.

We stayed the night there on our way home from Pensacola beach. We just wanted somewhere that had some extra room in the room for kids and to relax. And we found the perfect room for that. Has its own bedroom with a nice size bathroom and a pull out couch that my girls slept On .It even came with a little kitchen. Everything was clean and very modern in the room even the whole hotel was very modern and clean. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay here

We actually did not need a place to sleep but reserved a room In order to have a weekend of swimming. Called before booking to make sure pool was open. Upon trying to enter pool we’re we notified that we needed an appointment to swim. We then had to wait 3 hrs for our kids to swim one hr. Very disappointed to have spent $245.00 for our kids to be able to swim such a short time!
