Front desk staff was great, breakfast team member Gloria was also great. Didn’t stay very long - late checkin and early departure - but room was very comfortable for my family of 5. Thank you

The staff was friendly except for one housekeeper. It rained most of our stay and the pool was closed all day Friday, so my kids were disappointed. The pool was one reason that we choose this hotel.

Drury is a basic and adequate property. The rooms are not fancy, but more than adequate. The best features are an included full, if not always hot, breakfast, one free drink and included evening “snacks” that serve as a full meal with meat, a couple of vegetables, and green salad. It is a good choice for families or people not on expense account. Our coffeemaker did not work and the high beds are difficult to get into for shorter people. The TV was past its prime. Housekeeping for multiple night’s stay is by request. We were not informed about this. There is a parking lot accessed only by room key since the property is located in an area that is not the safest. Nevertheless, if we were to return to Jackson, we would consider staying here again.

Clean hotel; quite crowded on the weekend as this was a 1/2 way stop for us to Tennessee. Many, many, kids in pool inside and out. We don't travel much on the weekends so this was new to us since we generally travel during the week.

Our family stayed here as a halfway stop to our final destination, so we were in and out fairly quickly. The staff was amazingly friendly even though we came in at a busy time. Our room was clean and comfy. The breakfast area was large and clean and there were a lot of options for breakfast. Our kids LOVED that the pool was both indoors and outdoors.

We stayed to get out of Hurricane Ida. We had our cats and we were delighted with the acceptance of families with pets.
