Great 1 night stay for a family traveling through Jackson area. Wish we were able to stick around longer to take advantage of all the great amenities like the pool/golf.

Got in late and our room had not been clean but the staff did a great job getting us accommodated in a timely fashion. Our kids were placed in one room and my wife and I were treated to an upgraded room for the night. Great hotel and the staff was super friendly.

Overall, the hotel was excellent! The service was top notch, the gym was awesome, the rooms were super clean, and my kids loved the pool. We’ll definitely be going back. We lost electricity due to a storm and I was very anxious and upset, but being here made me feel much better.

Very nice hotel … my son had a baseball tournament…he loved the lazy river and the pool is awesome . The golf pro let my son putt on the practice green which he really enjoyed . Very nice guy and the course looked fantastic. We will definitely stay again. Anyone with children would benefit by staying here and the bar for the parents is nice to watch a game etc.

Whenever I visit family, I stay in the Flowood area. I've stayed at several of the local hotels. This was a nice surprise and will now be my go to when I visit. The pool area was fabulous for the kids and adults. My only complaint was bar staffing. The kids had to wait in the long pool bar lines to order food while at the pool. For all the events going on that weekend onsite, all bars only had one bartender. I felt so sorry for them. They were frazzled trying to keep up with the demand. Each of the bars were large enough to accommodate 3-4 people to tend and absolutely needed that many. Poor staffing decisions by management.

Husband and I stayed for relaxing weekend. The hotel has 40 lounge chairs… people were down at 8am putting towels on chairs to save. They may not show up until noon.I know there is an employee shortage but really need outdoor pool attendant. The lazy river is great if there are not children it it running and swimming under you. The employees were all very nice and accommodating.
