Absolutely horrible!! Booked the room last minute because our family was traveling and decided to pull over for the night. First room they gave us wasn’t clean. No sheets on the beds. Used soap still on the bathroom counter. Second room there was blood on one of the bed sheets. They refused to give us a third room or refund our money! Disgusting! I would never recommend this hotel!

I found a couple spiders in the bed. Not sure if that's normal though like you know how sometimes there's just flies? It was my first time in Mississippi, and they were little ones, but I hate spiders a lot. Like I can't actually touch them even to kill them because the physicality of their little carapaces make them real? idk, its a phobia, and I know its pretty common, but everything else was fantastic. I got stuck in jackson after a flight delay and no rental cars available to take me North a couple hours, so it was great to have a hotel close to the airport, with a room ready, and breakfast available in the morning.

The beds were different from when we stayed Wednesday night vs Saturday night. The staff was amazing and helped us find our two kids who got on the elevator without us. They also made a killer suggestion about a park for the kids to play at and get some energy out. We will be staying here each time we pass through to see family.

My daughter and I were in town visiting family and friends and enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. When I needed my refrigerator temp adjusted or tv remote checked in my room the service was timely and everyone was very helpful. Every time we come into town this hotel is my first choice because of the friendly staff, amenities, comforts of the room, wifi, the convenience and area of town as well as the full breakfast. I will definitely stay here again when in town.
