Holiday Inn Express Moss Point, an IHG Hotel

Clean rooms !!!! I stay everytime I come to visit family!!!!

Very polite staff. I took a solo mom trip and felt very safe staying there alone. Very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast had a lot of options. Would live if they add grits and maybe some scrambled eggs. But you have plenty of other options, including cereal, bagels, muffins, snack bars. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area. Especially a good place to stay with kids.

This is a great hotel to stop on a long drive. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and smelled clean! Our room even had a towel animal, which the kids enjoyed. There was a Mexican restaurant across the street and a gas station on the same block so it was perfect for our trip. The complimentary breakfast was good with many options. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Sincerely a family with 3 small kids.

I am sorry this is not were you bring a family!! this is emergency and not even that ...for more the $50 a night NEVER... just to clearify i was told by the manager Karen, i quote (no breakfast, if you need towels bring to office to be replaced and we dont do room cleaning but once a week oh and we need a $50 deposit incase of smoking and was told that this takes 10 business days to be refuded...) and i went and canceled and was told the $50 couldn't be refunded unless they went thru the whole process even though i didn't stay. unfortunately this is not a good review but most of all i feel the customer service of both employees i felt had such angry body language and demeanors ps. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOURIST ARE KEY FOR SUCCESS! Pics are lies ask to see the room prior to paying you wont regret it...
