My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and was told that our room could not be cleaned because we did not “opt in” for housekeeping. They stated this was due to COVID guidelines however I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels since COVID and I’ve never had to “opt in” for housekeeping. I will not be booking again at this property.

When I arrived the staff at the front desk was not friendly. The first room she gave me was not put together (still dirty). I went back only to get an (oh, they said it was clean). No i'm sorry for the inconvenience. I only stayed over night just to get my kid set for college and the next morning for breakfast the staff was rude and complaining and didn't want to replin the breakfast. I just decided to leave and get fast food. I stay at Hampton Inn where ever I travel. I won't be staying at this one no time soon.

Check in was quick and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was very good. I would return and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Paid for the room. Wouldn’t allow spouse to check in without payment, even though it was paid. Thinking the room wasn’t paid for, spouse gave them her card. I spoke with her later and explained the room was paid for when booked. She showed the front desk the receipt and they said they would reimburse. They did so, but then, the next day, they charged our card again. I called them, and the front desk clerk said the charge was for the rest of the payment, which is inaccurate. I asked for the contact info for the manager, but she would not provide a phone number. Then she hung up on me! When I called back, she hung up on me again! We have kids in this area and go to visit often. Hampton Inn just lost our business for all future trips.
