Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Jackson Clinton

The employees were nice , ok for the room the mattress was dirty the wall had a blueberry maybe a chocolate stain on the wall.the lamp shade was cracked and dusty , The night stand lamps also was not cleaned the bath room door did not close .I talked to staff about it they said they would take care of it. Me and my family left the room for 2 hours so the housekeeper could clean the room we returned after 2 hours the stain was still their. I reminded her she forgot to wipe the wall where the spot was . They want to compensate me with reward points ok that was was not mentioned at the time . It was not until I called they offered that I was told the General manager would call me as I mentioned to her I don't do rewards for every hotel I stay at if you offer the rewards points how many more nights I have to stay or travel to reach a one night stay .SMH well the manager never called Thank you all nothing like southern Hospitality nice till the point of no return Fairfield Inn Jackson /Clinton location rm 212

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night over Thanksgiving while in town visiting family. Everything was fantastic from room cleanliness, to customer service, to the breakfast. We enjoyed this property and will definitely be back on our next time in Clinton.

The staff were very nice. The elevator was broken and the room was 3 floors up. The shower had mold on the curtains. The shower was so slippery my child slipped and fell.

This was a good value for my family.

Everything about the property was in order. Very clean, inviting!! The staff was extremely friendly and engaging! I was made to feel I was not just a guest but, part of family!!

The location was easy to find right off of I-20. The room was clean and well appointed. The only issue my family had was the sound of the interstate which made it difficult to sleep.
