Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hattiesburg

We checked in late and as soon as we enter and trying to settle in, the guy next door started shouting/cursing very inappropriately. Need to change room. The new room was never used in months. When we open water tap, the water was all black, need to run it for 5 mins before it was clear. The sheets were full of dust. My kids don’t want again changing room as they were scared they saw the guy abusing us was carrying a gun. That’s when we decided not to go with Expedia. We continued our trip until Key West directly from Marriott. I will never book a hotel by a third part as well as Wyandam.

Cleaning staff loud and kids running up and down the hall all night - what a zoo. Will NEVER stay there again.

It was family wedding trip. Room and staff was excellent. Only the clerk at checkout on morning of May 30,2022 was not pleasant. He never greeted us or thanked us just checked us out and disappeared. But night clerk ( think he was assist-manager) helped my elderly mom with a medical emergency above and beyond. Wish I could think of his name but he was the greatest. Our room was immaculate and when we asked for extra towels they were there with them in no time. The breakfast was nice. Simple but everyone found something to their liking. Parking was easy and plenty of restaurants and stores were in walking distance to the Hattiesburg Mississippi location. I would and will definitely stay there again. THANKS!!!!

This was our family’s first experience with Microtel. We had no problems at all. Clean, comfy & friendly.

Service was nice at check in. Clerk was kind and welcoming. The following morning the elderly lady was ride to me and then again to the children later on that sameness morning. Rooms were clean and all accommodations fine. Price great and we will stay again.

We reservered two rooms side by side for family to attend a funeral. The rooms were large and served our needs nicely. Breakfast was adequate. Enjoyed the free popcorn and free drinks.

Man at front desk was so rude at check in. The elevator and hallways smelled very strongly of marijuana. Would not return with my family again.
