Great stay. One waffle maker slowed down breakfast. Enjoyed watching kids make them.

SUPER STAR STAFF! Ebony went out of her way to make our stay awsome! We booked 2 rooms for our family online and they made sure to put us on the same floor.

The only negative review I have of this property is that it's virtually impossible to sit in the indoor pool area. The chlorine is so strong it makes your eyes burn and water just sitting in there. I couldn't watch my kids longer than 5 minutes without suffering. Other than that, great place to stay!

You will want to avoid staying at this hotel. The facility needs to be upgraded. The management does not offer room cleaning unless you put a request in 24 hours in advance. While they don't clean regularly, I know that the floors in our room left a white towel, BLACK. They don't pick up trash, either. Cabinets and furniture is very "tired"/worn down. The straw that broke the "camels back" is when there was no food or coffee prepared for breakfast. The hotel appeared to be filled with "tournament families" and management once again did not staff the kitchen, well. Usual offerings were not present, which only aggravated the situation. BOOK ELSEWHERE - FAST.
