Hyatt Place Biloxi

My family of 5 stayed at the Hyatt Place for 6 days and we had very comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly, the facility was in good shape, our room was clean with a great view of the gulf, the breakfast/coffee bar got us going early every morning. Thank you Hyatt Place Biloxi for taking good care of us, we will definitely be back.

My family and I stayed here. I’ll say this hotel is wonderful. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and polite. The room I booked was king with sofa bed. The room was very clean and with the view of the ocean. This hotel also serves breakfast every morning. Eggs, pancakes, sausage, complimentary breakfast, biscuits, seasoned potatoes, fresh fruit, Milk, orange juice, water, coffee stations and more. There is also a bar and a food market to purchase food you can also order dinner. My husband and I did try the bar. The drinks were really good. All in all I will stay at this hotel again.

The floor in the room was so nasty, both of my grandchildrens feet were black as smut from walking barefoot in the room. I washed both of their feet off to make sure that's what it was, within 15 minutes they were black again from the carpet

The hotel was in great condition and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the location to the beach was fantastic! The pool was broken when we were there, so the kids were a little disappointed.

Overall the hotel was great. The pool was broken and very dirty and we weren't informed at check-in. This made our kida upset as this was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. But overall a 4 star review. Great breakfast!

It was amazing. Accommodated to all my families needs. Angel was amazing I left my jacket behind and she put it away until I could get back and pick it up. She was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious they had a variety of food.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Susan checked us in and took care of us when we came back down to eat later. The other young later the first night was too busy with a particular guest and did not offer us any assistance. Our second night the only issue was the young ladies working behind the desk because we came down before Susan came in. They were not hospitable to us in particular. When Susan arrived and saw us in she spoke and made sure we had what we needed. We will be staying at this hotel again because overall everything was great!

Everything was great. The service was terrific. My family and I enjoyed everything, especially the breakfast.

The hot breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were big and spacious with comfortable beds. The whole place was clean and family friendly. The pool was so much fun and you could see the beach. The only thing i didnt care for was the sliding glass door for the bathroom it didnt feel like it gave privacy (yes it was frosted)

Everything was amazing from the time we walked in to check in to the time me left we were always greeted. Love the fact that if one pool was crowded we could use the pool next door. They also had tasty sweet snack my kids loved late night snacking. Rooms were nice and spacious. My family definitely enjoyed our stay.
