First, I had a room that did not have Wi-Fi service, so I asked to change rooms because I needed internet access to access my school page. The receptionist was nice, but I had to wait 3 hours in the lobby before the room was ready for change. Then, the room did not have good noise isolation, and the next-door customer had a kid who cried and screamed all night and day.

The employee who greeted me had all of the enthousiasm of a child sent to time out. She could have at least ventured a smile and some enthusiasm! Once again, I was relegated to the “ servants’ quarters” on the third floor. The bathroom has no counter space, the sink is too small for the flowing water faucet ( water goes everywhere!), and the room was either too hot or too cool. In addition, the bar menu disappears after happy hour, to be replaced by the restaurant menu. If I wanted a heavier meal, I would go to the restaurant!!( I settled for two starters: 3 fried shrimp for $12!!! And a garden salad for $8). The only plus to this hotel is that it is generally quiet and close to the casinos.

Nice Hotel! Very clean, upscale hotel with a friendly staff. My wife and 3 children enjoyed the pool there as well as the complimentary passed to the area water parks. We will be back!

Your hotel was a wonderful treat, we loved it. Definitely would choose it again. We love Ocean Spring,live in Ga, not able to go often. Have made several trips to visit family & this was to attend funeral. Love natural history of area. We still feel sadness for the loss of so many very old beautiful homes that lined the gulf.
