Mystic Lake Hotel is the best I have stayed so far with family! It was a great experience to spend 4 nights here. The kids loved the room and we enjoyed the food and had lots of fun in town as well! We felt safe and the place is gorgeous!!!!

This is our 4th opportunity to stay at the Mystic resort. We had made our reservation online with a great rate being a Monday as we were coming to town to meet family. When we checked in we were told our room would be upgraded for us, and we received a suite that was absolutely fabulous. We dined at the sports bar for the first time and it was very good. Our overall stay was extremely enjoyable!

I like staying at different casino hotels and this one was right where we needed it to visit family. I did not like that you could not park in the back which would of been more convenient. Also the signs to find the Promenade tower were confusing.

Expedia does not allow me to post pictures. Pat, but when we checked in things were fine. We got to our room and the initial view was amazing. The more we looked around the room, the more we realized this room was not cleaned very well at all. There was tape on the side of the headboard and somebody else's handprints bluntly put looked like they were holding on for the ride of their life. When we brought our concerns to the front desk she completely dismissed them as if oh well gee, that's too bad. We've had a couple of issues in the past with their hotel rooms and I'm going to be honest for the prices. We should not have any issue. We were in a suite and paid a substantial amount for this room for one night because we don't get out and away from the kids much. So if their answer to a legitimate complaint in which we had photos to prove was simply oh I'm sorry that's too bad. Then I will not be getting any more rooms at mystic lake casino. My wife and I will still go there to play games and enjoy dinner but we are done with the hotel side

My husband and I stayed for a night away together without the kiddos. It was nothing short of perfect. Check in & out went smoothly. We stayed in a king tower room. It was lovely. Very clean, updated, great view of the golf course, big rainfall shower, overall a wonderful room. Winning some money was also a perk. We can’t wait to come back for our next night away. Lastly the staff and housekeeping deserve to be recognized. Wonderful service all around. Thank you!

You need more hot tubs. We stayed 3 days and could only use the hot tub once. It was always packed, often with children. There’s no one really watching if rules are being followed.

The online description states there is a pool and bowling. Bowling was closed Sunday through Thursday. This caused us to only have the pool as a family option. The pool was cloudy and smelled over treated. My daughter experienced skin rashes due to the chemicals in the pool, she has never had a reaction like that at other pools. After returning and multiple showers we can all still smell the chemicals in our hair. The online description described the room as 2 queens with a pull out sofa. There was no sofa so we slept 3 to a bed the first night. The next morning I inquired about the bed I was told a roll away bed was a 25$ charge.

The facility as a whole is great, clean and friendly. However, There was a booger under the sheets when I checked for bed bugs. I opted to get a junior sweet which was actually not really any nicer than a regular room so not worth the price

Everything met our expectations. Food was good, kids loved the pool, husband loved the sauna. Hotel valet was a huge perk in winter.
