It's been a long time since I actually enjoyed a hotel stay with my family of four AND the dog. Usually the space is too cramped, too noisy, or something is wrong that causes discomfort and everyone suffers. However, staying at the Townplace Suites was WONDERFUL for everyone! It was quite, comfortable, spacious, and the staff was incredibly nice. We will be actively seeking out Townplace Suites every time we travel.

They seem to have creaky floors so even if you walk softly, the downstairs neighbors would complain. It was so frustrating to get calls from the front desk every day asking us to "keep it down". We have teenage kids so no one was running around but they kept insisting that we were. We couldn't not walk. Furthermore, there were bugs (beetles) coming out of corners through out our stay. I wouldn't stay there again.

Unfortunately we had loud & rambunctious kids & dogs above us that shook the ceiling & made the ceiling light rattle late into the evening & early morning. Lights were burnt out, and the floor was dirty. However, the check-in clerk was friendly & helpful. We did not know this hotel was pet friendly. We will not stay at a place like this again.

I liked how the room was set up for our family to fit comfortably. I also liked the ability to use the kitchen & the dishes as needed. I didnt like that for breakfast we had to leave our building to go across the parking lot to the office building to get breakfast. It was kind of cold and with kids it not always practical.
