Not convenient for families at all. Booked a suite with a sofa bed. Once pulled out there was zero space between beds and no walkway in the room. All 6 of us had to step and walk on top of other beds to get to the bathroom or the door. Extremely difficult at night if anyone had to use the bathroom as they would step on top of sleeping people. No pillows or sheet or comforter for pull out bed in room. When we received from front desk they were stained and had hairs on them. Hot tub was broken. No mirror inside the room other than bathroom so no one could get ready outside the bathroom. Bug on the wall of hallway. Bathtub had huge orange/brown rusty stains. Do not stay here if you have a choice.

We stayed here based on pictures that it would be a suite. No. We could not use the pull-out couch because it butted up against the king so no one could walk through. There was no separation to makenit a suite. Also we had to ask several times to have the handicap spots salted. My wife and mother in law are both disabled and my wife hurt her back slipping. Would not reccomend if you are looking for space for a family.

The hotel environment is beautiful, quiet, safe to walk, safe for kids and families, but they need to remodel the hotel is quiet old, the suite is small , breakfast was great

The hotel was clean, 15 min from valley fair. Staff at the front were helpful and friendly. The pool area was basic small pool and hot tub. The pool was filled was a bunch of kids that had no parents with them and got crazy the front desk was amazing and were attentive to getting that issue addressed. Breakfast was included and great had everything we needed and was not far from mall of America and valley fair. We would stay here again no complaints and wonderful stay.

Decent hotel. Everything was clean. Place could use a bit of refreshing as everything is dated/worn. Pool is very small. Only a few families will pack the pool/pool area. Ok breakfast. Overall decent value for price paid.

We stay at this hotel often as its in a great area and always receive top notch service. The breakfast is fabulous, pool is nice, and the rooms are spacious with great amenities when traveling with a family. We noticed this visit a few things are getting run down - we had a big crack by our window by the heater, the door stop was broken into the wall in our bathroom, and a tile in the elevator was broken. I am very much hoping the repairs are made and the hotel is not allowed to become rundown as its one of our favorites!

Very Outdated Hotel! The walk in shower was false advertisement because i had an old style step up into tub shower combo. The toilet stopped up. The carpet is old looking. The room had poor lighting. Kids kept running full speedbup and down the halls. So many kids that it felt like an early spring break! The TV was very very tiny, the size of a Computer monitor in the year of 2023! The front desk lady only activated 1 out of 2 of my door cards. She wasn't nice but she wasn't mean either, it was a mild Racist vibe i was getting from her. I would not stay again. For the price, it was too outdated, tv too small, need a 42 inch tv not a 20 inch - 25 inch. Bed was okay but the pillows smelled funky, not sure if it was not well kept feather pillows or lack of cleaning. The Fitness room was missing weights and not well kept.
