Friendly staff and nice lobby to get together with family. Beds were very firm and pillows were not very comfortable more like a throw pillow. No elevator to 2nd floor.

Welcoming staff! We felt recognized and appreciated! Room was spacious and clean. Bring your own pillow, pillows were small, square and uncomfortable. Breakfast area was continually checked and cleaned. Pool was safe, clean and fun for the family! It was a short stay for us, and we will return.

Not crazy about the fact that there was no elevator, however, the front desk person offered to carry my bags up the stairs and to the room! That kindness improved my impression a lot. Disappointed that there were no roll away beds available, "except for the suites." So parents with an axtra kiddo cannot rent a roll away unless they have a suite? All in all, everyone was wonderful. Breakfast was great-loved the waffles! We will be back.

Property was in fair condition, pool was plesant and clean. I did not like that room key did not allow access to pool and had to be buzzed in by staff. At check in it was not communicated that rooms were not being stocked or refreshed during our stay due to covid restrictions. This made our stay challenging as we were confused why we didn't have replenished shampoo or towels for my family to use and after day 2 decided to ask. This confusion could have been eliminated by us being told of this process of having to request needs that are usually provided during our stay in a hotel.
