GrandStay Hotel & Suites

The staff were all amazing!! They were super helpful and I definitely would recommend this hotel!! They even have a highchair for little kiddos

I had a wonderful trip and the hotel was right down the road from my family. The only problem I had was my room never got cleaned. I was there for 4 days/nights. Now, I could have asked to have it done which I did not. I had to ask for clean towels every day. I cannot say enough good things about the staff though. They were all very friendly and professional. The pool was amazing and I would stay there again.

Had to wait to be checked in but nice facility otherwise. Nice warm pool for kiddos!

The stay here was just ok. Due to a last minute car issue, attempted to get details on their cancelation policy, unfortunately the newer staff person who took my call, had no idea what the policy was, which seemed like fairly important info he should've been supplied with, but he was friendly, & did reach out to management. Unfortunately, I was told they would not refund either of my 2 night stay, so I proceeded to risk driving a very unsafe car, an hour each way, so as not to waste 233$. The room was a bit disappointing. Bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly, & needed upgrades, fan didn't work, & tile grout moldy. Blackout curtains were not. Everything about the room needed upgrades, including the non-smart TV w/extremely limited cable channels, bed was hard, pillows flat, old carpet, & paint. Definitely not worth the price for a Mon.-Wed. stay. Maybe ok for a kids' birthday outing, but for a couple wanting a nice little romantic stay, the tub was not worth it or the drive. The noise in the morning was bad also. Sounded like someone was trying to come into the room.

Comfortable and pleasant. Attended a family wedding. It worked out well.

The front desk personnel was so pleasant. We have stayed here a few times due to the proximity to family. The hotel has been well maintained.
