Best Western Plus Isanti

We had a fabulous wedding weekend with family and friends. The hotel was excellent. Great breakfast and very convenient to the venues. Very clean and comfortable hitel.

What a lovely surprise for such a small Midwest town. Thanks also for all of the special attention for our family gathering in my Brother’s honor. Everything on our stay was good/great!

Was visiting family and this was a nice place to stay, the staff were very nice and helpful.

Jordan checked us in and was super kind, friendly, and energetic. She made us feel excited to be here and important. We enjoyed the pool after check in and it was clean and relaxing and fun for the kids! Room/beds were clean and comfortable!

Our family enjoyed our stay in the 2 queen and pull out sofa room. There was enough space in the room that we didn't feel crowded. The small pool and hot tub area were just enough to burn off energy and relax. The temperature was great! We were all pleased with the breakfast items the next morning.

Friendly staff, great location for our visit with Isanti family. Yummy breakfast, great lobby area, perfect area for visiting with small group. Rooms were very clean.

Stayed 1 night. Hotel was clean & seemed newer. Went to hot tub & there were 3 young boys canonballing into pool & had pool furniture in pool. Local boys perhaps as we saw same kids riding bikes through town later. Maybe hotel employees children?

Reading over reviews prior to our stay here, I was forewarned that the pool area gets a bit crazy. I don't hold this against the hotel whatsoever. My son and I went to the pool area just after 5pm, but turned back to our rooms due to how many people were already in there. We decided to go back around 8:30pm. Still, at 8:30pm, it was pretty busy and children were playing "pool games" and it was VERY loud. As I am typing, I feel as I may come off as a "Karen." I want children to enjoy themselves and to have fun. I don't mind pool games. What I didn't care for was the parents not reigning it in one bit and allowing the running around the pool, shoving, dunking, etc. My son has Autism and it was far too stimulating for him, that he spent most of the time submersed under water. It was definitely worth sticking it out for about 40 minutes when everyone left and the two of us were alone. The hotel was beautiful and the clean. The clerks were very professional and kind. The breakfast had many options, which was great. Check-in at 4pm is a bit late, but I was happy to find that I could check-in early when I called to check. All-in-all, it was a great overnight stay. I know the pool issue cannot be resolved. Just another warning to families on the chance their child cannot take the stimulation such as my own.
