My card was charged multiple times for the room Staff made my kids uncomfortable

They wouldn’t open the pool slide until 10 am. Even though there were kids waiting for it since 8 am

This is a perfect place to stay if you're traveling for business. They do have a pool so it's probably good for families as well. My room was great, everything worked. USB at each side of the bed. Really nice desk area with seating on both sides. Closet with iron and steamer. Thermostat controlled air and the curtains didn't get in the way of the air. Very clean and quiet. There was a couple of places to each across the parking lot and a gas station on the edge as well. I would definitely stay there again.

The price was definitely right for new years eve. But was a tad disappointed that it’s supposed to be adult only in pool after 10 and it was packed with kids will midnight. It was posted that breakfast on holidays was till 10:30 and they stopped at 9:30 till the food ran out. The hot tub was warm when we got in then realized the bottom jets was shooting cold water. The pool water seemed to be about a foot low. Garbage in the hallway on my level after midnight but it was New Year’s Eve so I can’t be too upset over that. All in all I was disappointed but would possibly give it another try if they improved a little. Hotel seemed a little out dated also.

Clean spacious room. We were impressed. The kids love the pool. The staff was very friendly.we were very excited to drive up to a nice clean building. It was our first time there and we will definitely come back!

Staff was courteous and efficient. Property was well maintained and clean. The pool was cold, but the kids did seem to mind. The hot tub and kiddie pool were very nice. Pizza was within walking distance.

Very clean hotel. Super friendly staff. Great breakfast and the kids loved the waterslide and pool area.

The slide was not up and running the hours of pool times. I would be ok with that if it stated that when you are booking. Had a 2 year old toddler that after playing in the kiddy pool her teeth were chattering due to the over all temperature of the indoor pool. The toilet in the room leaked.

The Hot tub wasn't working and the morning we were going to leave the pool area was closed until check-out time, which my kids were sad about as they wanted to do the slide and swim.... for the price it was a decent hotel.

The kids really enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Unfortunately our room wasnt the cleanest and had food stains on the bedding.
