We paid extra for a bigger room so we would have space for the family. When we got there they booked us into a much smaller room and said hotels only sent them the info for that one. Luckily the hotel could see on my app the one we booked and were kind and figured it out but there’s no way we could have had 4 people sleeping on a king bed if they hadn’t.

This was a two night stay for our family of three. The first night we were in a room with a door to adjoining room next-door. Unfortunately, late that evening and well into the night, the neighbors were talking loudly and laughing, which disturbed our sleep. The noise easily came through the joining door. The next day we went to the front desk and requested a different room. Without hesitating the front desk, person found us a different room, which ended up being very quiet and comfortable for the rest of our stay. We had an issue and they took care of it with, no questions asked. It was a good experience. The hotel has been updated and the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff is friendly.
