Wonderful, spacious rooms, good breakfast, reasonable walk (some 8 min) to the metro. Great access to the university and ok metro commute to downtown. I had a family loss during my stay and staff were very accommodating to change by reservation- I was very impressed and grateful.

Shouldn't have to pay for parking if cars get broken into and no responsibility from hotel. That happened to someone while my family was there. Not a good feeling!

Great friendly staff at check in and throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was great with a huge walk in shower and bath towels actually made to fit adults and not small children. I was happy to pay for parking in the convenient garage, though I would have liked to see the side door locked with guests needing key access, as stated. A couple of things I would have liked were a hotel guide in the room, and a coffee station in the lobby for guests. This hotel was a super convenient location for our stay as we toured nearby colleges, Augsburg and the U of M. We will definitely stay again.

The staff was over the top wonderful. The other people on our floor were HORRIBLE- LOUD, dirty, and disrespectful. Was not sure what to think about the clientele after Friday and Saturday night with the kids running all up and down the halls, doors slamming, screaming, yelling and the amount of trash and wet towels that were left in the halls. Who does that?! Staff apologized and were accommodating to all of my needs but clearly I did not want to add to the issues by complaining about the others on the floor.
