We liked our stay very much, room was clean, breakfast had good options and was good as well. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially after my kids misplaced their room key. I totally recommend the hotel. stars for the facility, just because it's not a newer hotel.

Over the hotel was good and the breakfast was ok. The staff are polite as well. The 2BR was much smaller than it looked in the pictures. The nighttime front desk person did not seem to know what he was doing and took too long to figure out how to change our room to one next to our extended family and ended up giving us the wrong type of room and we had to go back to square zero. The room is clear but has several dead bugs laying around on the window's edge. The kitchen is minimally equipped and the red sofas in the room are old and worn out.

Location was good not too far from Mall of America. We had a 2bedroom suite which was comfortable for our family of 4. Only downfall was bathroom door locks were broken and chair in room was broken as well and pool was not in working condition.

It was an amazing experience. I booked 4 rooms for us and 4 other families. They were all happy. One family room was even upgraded to a bigger one at no additional cost. Breakfast is really good aswell.

This was our second stay at this location, so we knew going in that the hotel is overall worn and outdated. But the beds were comfortable and the price was right for the two bedroom suite option that fits our large family. The stovetop smoked when turned on, so it was quickly turned off. There was carpet coming apart, overall wear and tear in the bathroom, and the main door slow close mechanism had screws falling out of the wall every time we opened it. Breakfast had a couple of hot options each day that met our needs. It was below freezing outside and very cold in our rooms inside, despite having the furnace set to 75 degrees - it lingered in the upper 60's. We asked for extra blankets.
