We stayed for a week at Best Western Plus Eagan, MN. The staff member LACEY went above and beyond her job role to make us feel like we're the only family in the hotel. She is a very kind and helpful lady. Excellent job

The room we were assigned could have benefited from a thorough cleaning. The bathroom especially. It was louder than preferred with kids running up and down the halls, slamming doors and yelling.

The hotel was new, clean and the beds insanely comfortable! Breakfast was stocked and delicious! The suite fit our family of 8 easily. At 150$ with the refundable fee incase we didn’t make it this was by the best priced she’s nicest hotel we have stayed at ever.

Room was falling apart. Curtains hanging down because rod was broken. Counter top in bathroom coming unattached from wall. Sticky stuff on floors. Stains on sheets and curtains and beds were horribly uncomfortable. Rented a family hotel room that sleeps 6. Not enough towels or blankets and getting anymore was ridiculous and we never got any. Parking is around to the sides of the building and the back/side door closest was broken and could not be used. Breakfast was laughable. Absolutely nothing but cereal, toast and 1 bagel and we were there within an hour after breakfast hours started. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Front counter staff member was extremely friendly and polite. Good parking. Doors to rooms were at an angle so it seemed a bit skewed to get in the door. If you had a wheelchair or baby stroller it might be a problem. Our room was acceptable but I think it might be a problem for someone in a wheel chair. Window had no screen so some big flies got in. One light bulb was burned out in the bathroom. Toilet did not flush well, had to hold the handle down for half a minute. Toilet bowl had a calcium ring around the bowl. Beds were very comfortable with great pillows. I was a bit disappointed with this room because it was rated high. I expected better. The little negative things add up. I wish I had stayed at the Holiday Inn next door.
