Lighting poor, particularly in the bathroom. Also bathroom counters too high for me. I am a petite 4'10" woman. I will need a stool if we stay again. So what do families with kids do???

NIce hotel, close to the airport, great shuttle service. I will stay again. Ordered food at the bar to take to my room- ehh. I ordered a harvest bowl with quinoa and spaghetti squash. No spaghetti squash, very little quinoa- it was a salad with way too much dressing. Went to the gym- 12 children under ten on all the treadmills/equipment - luckily they left for the pool after about 5 min.

Sadly, when booking, one of the online pictures showed a hot tub in working order. My kids love a hot tub experience. Upon arrival, it appears the hotel's two hot tubs have been filled in. It's sad that for a Hilton of this size, they would simply do away with that feature. I canceled a different reservation because their hot tub wasn't in working order. Didn't think that would be the case with this hotel.

Our room was comfortable, but the bathroom was very small and the toilet was meant for small children. Also no hand rail to o get in shower. Our room was quite as I don’t think the heat temperature was working correctly. Cold air blowing in room. It was an end room, so maybe that’s why it was built that way.

I had bugs in my bathroom and in my bed. Yhey move me to a different room and it was smaller than the one I had. I came out here because my aunt has cancer, so I really needed to relax abd it was kids running around everywhere, do I wasn't able to relax. It was very disappointing to me.

Overall this hotel was ok. My kids loved the pool and the location is great. My room did have an odor of like an old basement which was unpleasant but it kind of goes away after being in there for a while. The phones weren’t connecting to the front desk and they only clean the rooms when requested. I also think the beds were more of twin size instead of queen. My experience wasn’t bad just minor details that weren’t enough to complain about.

I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The staff were nice but were a bit unwelcoming and as this was our first hotel stay after having a baby we were inclined to ask questions that frequent travelers were probably more educated on. It wasn't an unpleasant experience but I did feel a bit condescended to for asking simple questions and I was made to feel like I should have known the answer to the question. All in all it was a good first stay after not being able to take a trip.
