Nice family hotel! Pool was okay. Breakfast was a little gross for being hot. Stick with the cold food. Would go back.

We only stayed one night. We were there basically to sleep, and it was exactly what we needed. Check in was at 3 and it felt like everyone was there at the same time. The person at the front desk was friendly and got us in quickly. The breakfast was a great selection and had a lot of options. The pool area seemed outdated. The pool was freezing and too cold for my kids to swim in. Besides that, exactly what we needed.

Had 4 rooms for family wedding in town. Checked in at 4:00 and 2 of the 4 rooms had not been cleaned. One family of the four did not stay because they believed they saw bugs among other things in their room. The second room that was not cleaned, I came back and checked at 7:00 and the room had been cleaned but we never should have been checked in if the rooms were not cleaned . Bathroom toilet ran all day and all night . Exterior looks nice. Hotel clerk that checked us in was either not very knowledgeable or just didn’t care. Definitely a top 3 in worst hotel stays I’ve had. Once you feel a hotel is not clean, it’s difficult to be able to find much positive .

House cleaning was exceptionally noisey early in the morning. They had fun taking turna riding in the dirty laundry basket cart once emptied that though. Attempt to put young kid familiesbon first floor so dont run around and keep ya up late at night would be beneficial to some clients. Other than those two tgings very nice place!

We Stayed here one night in a family vacation. The beds were comfortable, the pool was nice (loved the sauna) and breakfast was great. The only complaint would have been was the hairs in the shower.
