We were first called saying “Expedia overbooked your room” so we switched rooms. Got in (family of five ages 7,4,1) at 10:15 , got our room key. Then went to the room and it wasn’t clean, beds were not made, tobacco spitters and cups lying around etc. waited for the only room left to be cleaned. In room by 11. Kids did not enjoy an hour in the lobby. Parents did not enjoy any of it.

This hotel was nice, we got the deluxe room which fit our family of 5 nicely. The front desk gal was amazing (and over worked). We played darts and listened to music in the bar area in the evening and it was a nice area to relax in.

We have tried four times now to stay at this hotel & only once the pool has been open for our family to swim. We come with kids & grandchildren who have lots of energy to expend. We’ll go to Moorhead instead from now on.
