Everything was good accept too may noisy kids. Kids running up and down the hall way yelling. Have parents/adults with them keep them quite and teach them to not run. Respect others peace and quite.

Wife got sick and couldn't travel 1-1/2 days before arrival date. Notified hotel immediately but neither Expedia or GrandStay would refund any of the full price we paid for a stay we never made. We plan to make this trip soon and often for family in Perham, MN, but will never use Expedia or stay at GrandStay.

It was ok stay. The one knock I would really give this stay was no elevator. I know it’s only 2 floors but when you have a bigger family and all the kids are to little to help it would be nice not to have to care them all up by yourself as the dad.
