The location was good. We had a big group there for a wedding - lots of family. Not very clean - one room had some kind of bugs in the bedding. Called the property several times to clear up some billing issues and no one ever called back. Very disappointed!

It was only one night, but it was clean and the service was nice and helpful. The kids loved the pool.

We enjoyed our jetted tub suite!! We also loved having the fireplace!! The pool and hot tub area had a few wild kids though that were pretty loud. So we enjoyed our jetted tub in our suite!!

Good place to stay in Detroit Lakes-not new, but well maintained and kept up to date. Staff were friendly and helpful, and our kids loved the pool!

The property was clean, quiet. The kids loved the pool, and sauna. The hot tub was not working when we were there, but not a big deal. Breakfast was a big hit with everybody. Would recommend staying here. My only concern is they charge a fee for checking in early. Never heard of that before.

We came down for the weekend and got the best suite according to the website. The hotel was packed with hockey families just like us so there was no other rooms. Huge problem was the heater. The dang thing didnt work right. They came up and fiddled with it a few times and nothing helped on the first day. We got stuck with no heat in the winter. This is unacceptable. We brought in our own blankets to stay warm. They wouldnt change rooms or help us other then the first night. I emailed the property manager to complain and no reply yet to date. We wont be staying here again. We paid over 300 dollars to freeze our butts off and not get any rest. Stay elsewhere.
