We stayed at the Renaissance for a fun family weekend, and this was a nicely updated hotel with a fun atmosphere. It was pretty clean and the pool and hot tub were nice. Our only complaint would be that the hotel and especially the rooms were humid, to the extent that the bedding almost felt wet. I'm not sure what was causing this, but it did make it uncomfortable. The pillowtop beds were comfortable to sleep on though, and it was an overall good experience.

It is an excellent hotel, lot of amenities, little noise with lot of kids, young people and family with small kids, but very clean and friendly staff

Pull out sofa haf no linen or bedding on the bed or in the room. Had to wait until after 2am to get something. Walls were paper thin, the people above us had children that literally sounded like they were playing basketball! The aesthetics of the hotel were really nice there were just some inconveniences that were disappointing.

Lots of parking and no extra fee! Very clean and comfortable beds. The rooms are quiet and could not hear anyone in halls or through walls!! Part of the reason I booked is the photos showed a detachable shower head but got a walk in shower without one and I have two children that use a wand to shower so water is not in their face but we made it work, just would have been more ideal. The pool was big but water is pretty cold that kids didn’t seem to care but not enjoyable for adults.

We booked this hotel as a last minute night away from home to celebrate kids’ spring break. The hotel smells fantastic, and seemed very clean. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. My only complaint is the pool was FREEZING. Total bummer for us, as that was really our whole reason for getting a room was to swim

It was okay, but not the best. Our room was clean, but the fridge barely kept things cold, so I had to get ice to put in it to keep our food from spoiling. Many others must have done similar, because the ice machine was right outside our room and people were using it frequently - which was very loud. Thankfully I brought our sound machine or we would have had a much harder time falling asleep. The latch to the bathroom door was broken, so I was unable to lock it when I was taking a shower. Luckily I was only there with my 4-year-old, otherwise that would have been super awkward. The restaurant was nice, but clearly not family oriented because in the only place there weren’t tall chairs it was so dimly lit you could hardly see. Someone spilled ice in the elevator and it wasn’t cleaned up, and several people were trying not to slip on the melted ice. Overall, our stay was mid at best and overpriced.

It is a beautiful hotel but we had issues with check in, I had booked a king with a pull out sofa and they sent me to a room withonly a king bed, had to get that fixed... Them the television wasn't working and it took the matience guy almost an hour to finally show up. Then we finally got to the pool area and there was, iny opinion toich chlorine in the pool. Both my kids also complained that it was bothering their eyes and the smell was overwhelming. I have stayed at the Renaissance two other times and had no issues but this time I was kind of disappointed.
