Hampton Inn Minneapolis Bloomington West

Really loved our stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious the room was very clean and they supplied a pack n play for our toddler. We also used the pool every single day. When we went to leave our car battery was dead and the hotel had a battery charger behind the desk. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying here again. And our friend who lives here was also impressed and said he will be telling other family and friends to book their stay here.

It was a great fit for the location. Close to family and attractions I was visiting.

The building and grounds are well-kept. It looks like some good thought was put into the construction materials specifically in the bathroom. Everything was clean. The staff was accommodating to our families from two states who wanted to visit and play games. I would stay again.

Our whole trip was disappointing due to the fact that the Hampton was overbooked so we got a phone call while traveling that we were moved to the Hilton Garden in across the street. We had booked the Hampton at the same time as my best friend and her family so that we could have a weekend get away together and the kids could all swim and play together etc..Having to stay at a different property killed the whole vacation vibe. Our kids were beyond disappointed in the pool area (way too small) and the inconvenience of driving to our friends at night when we wanted to all hang out together resulted in us not spending as much time together as we had planned. On top of that, they only offered us 20% off of our 2 night stay, when the least they could've done was comp us a night or give us a voucher for a future 2 night stay.

Hotel was about 6 miles west of Mall of America. Vikings were playing a pre season game in town and it seemed every place was busy. Also, right before back to school. Not sure what contributed to everything being busy, or if it was a combination of things. Big group of people with kids were having a pot luck party in the breakfast area around 7pm and there were many people in the pool area. But our room was on the fifth floor and it was quiet. In the morning, breakfast was busy. Again, families with kids at 7am, but it cleared out by 7:20 and never seemed all that busy after the initial crown cleared out. Breakfast was decent. Hotel was in a good area.

Used the pool daily for the kids and loved it, wish more food was Available but oh well not you fault and everything else was great!

Breakfast was amazing! Great location, close to Mall of America. Be prepared for kids though, but we weren't disturbed. Beds were extra comfortable. Spent the first few nights on a long trip and haven't slept as good since.

Great place to stay with family, pool and spa are awesome. Very clean and super friendly staff! Highly Recommended

We had three adult and three kids in one room with plenty of room in the handicapped accessible room we were given. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a handicap accessible room. It was very spacious and would easily accommodate a power or manual wheelchair. Breakfast staff was very quick to respond to my request for more hot chocolate packets and kept the area very clean.
