Overall this was a good stay for the money. Liked that there was real dishes and silverware as well as a dishwasher. Had lots of room for clothes and putting things away to “stay a while”. The indoor park that we had access to for $10/kid was lots of fun. We only used the pool once as it was very limited in when you could use it and what lanes were available. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was okay, not too many choices and very crowded. The one major complaint is that we discovered upon check-in that the inside door handle was missing a screw and was falling off. I was informed that maintenance would be up to fix it. We stayed 3 more days and it did not get fixed before we left.

Breakfast and breakfast servers each morning were great! The rec center next door had an amazing indoor playground for my toddler. Furniture and beds need to be updated.

Rooms are spacious and have all the amenities, including a dishwasher! I loved that the bedroom was separated with it's own TV so you can have privacy and quiet time. Edinborough Park is attached, for $9 per kid (parents free) they can play on the slides, bouncy houses, scooters, etc. til they wear out. Breakfast in the morning is included and is delicious, and there are so many choices! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Residence Inn.

When we checked in we got to the room and it wasn’t what we reserved. We were told they were booked. The room was corrected then couldn’t get in. Super crowded with young kids.
