We’ve stayed in several Springhill and loved our experience. Checkin was smooth, The overall stay was great and our kids loved the pool and breakfast. Disappointed that our room hadn’t been fully cleaned (garbage still in the trash receptacle) and hair in the sink and shower).

Room was good and overall surrounding around property are good. Unfortunately their complimentary breakfast was a joke and terrible. Very limited option and mostly out of stock. They don't care using same spoon for meat and vegie option. Very tiny kids pool, no hot tub. Staff is not welcoming at all.

I love the patio outside. Its beautiful and the area is clean. The swimming pool is small but perfect for a family to all get in. Since the virus i love that its never crowded in the pool.

This hotel is beautiful and clean, the rooms are spacious,clean and comfortable. Check in was easy the guy at the desk customer service was great and breakfast the next morning was good. My only complaint is that we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, it looked like the water had a oily layer at the top of it,the water looked a bit dirty so I didnt want to put my kids in it.Maybe a little pool maintenance but everything else was good here!

When we arrived our room wasn’t available so we had to wait thirty minutes for it to be cleaned. I had my three kids with me so it was not enjoyable to have to wait to check in. The sheets had crumbs in the bed and there was no toilet paper. No extra sheets and there was a gross stain on the pull out bed.
