There were large groups of kids that we very load and running the halls well after Midnight. This has occurred before when we have stayed as well.

I was hoping for a quiet night. There were many children running in the halls at 10pm. Screaming and knocking on doors. I could also hear it on the floor above me. Also for the price I expected a cleaner room. Finger prints on the head board and on the shower. Mattress that was indented on one side. Quilt on the bed looked warn and yellowed in places. Room was dusty as well. Wont be staying there again. Not worth the money.

Check in was fine. The room setup was to be expected. Key card to use the lights? I have never seen this before and it was a pain. In order to use the lights we had to insert a key card at the door. This may have been the worst hotel we have ever tried to sleep in. Even my two kids said the same thing. Fortunately it was for only one night. The beds where rock hard. Pillows where terrible. I would give it a 1/10 for beds.

My stay was to visit family who lives in South Lyon. The room was clean and comfortable . The staff was king and welcoming . The breakfast was amazing . Will definitely stay again
