We had a wonderful first night. No issues with our check-in, the front desk clerk was very attentive. However, unfortunately, our second night was much less enjoyable due to the noise from the room above. It sounded like rolling thunder as children were jumping off the bed, running around, and yelling, which disturbed the peace. On our check-out day, we were woken up at 6:00 am by the same noise, but thankfully, we were leaving that morning. While we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, this issue significantly impacted our overall experience.

I had to check out a day early due to a family emergency. Staff was understanding and reimbursed one day of the stay. Coming back!!! Breakfast was legit too!

we would definitely stay again. We had a two bedroom, two bath room. Perfect for our family of 5. Gave everyone some privacy. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful in the morning and had alot of options. Often breakfasts like this lack in the protein department but this breakfast had bacon, eggs, quiche, yogurt. Very satiating!

When we went to put our items in the car, before heading to breakfast, I was greeted by a truck parked so close to my vehicle, that I couldn't even slide in past my rear tire. Needless to say, it was a man that was most likely drunk or homeless that parked the night before. We arrived to hotel after 11 pm from the Erebus and Liberty Grill experience and I chose to park at the end with my new vehicle to avoid idiots/children that swing doors. Never did I expect this! The pool area needs some updating and it's a shame they filled in the hot tub!

I loved the bonfire and basketball court for the kids at night. Breakfast was good and location was convenient. Also loved the 12pm checkout
