Comfort Inn & Suites

Lovely clean property, was perfect for our family who had been traveling all day! The breakfast was perfect! There are two restaurants next door if you want to walk to have a bite to eat! Overall very nice.

We stay here often for work and my daughters live nearby as well. We often do a family dinner with carry out in the cafe area. We always feel welcome and the staff is wonderful. Highly recommend!

The pool was absolutely disgusting. Hair balls in the water and dirty. Was not a pleasant experience with the pool. Breakfast lacked options and kid friendly food.

Our room was wonderful but we were across from the pool room and late in the night there were children swimming and screaming. We could hear this in our room.

It was very hard to sleep here. I could hear word for word what the people next door were saying without wanting to and was kept up by their snoring. I could hear kids stomping above me and kids screaming at the pool. I couldn’t even drown the noise out with the fan because it wouldn’t turn on. The pool area was so packed we couldn’t go in and then it was closed for sanitizing as one of those children had an accident. Food was good, staff was very nice and loved talking to my toddler.

I arrived downstairs for breakfast at 8:34 a.m. and the staff member had already begun removing items from the area. She then refused to make more meats saying she had just filled it 10 minutes prior. My husband, myself, and six others had no meat. One of a family of 3 took what was left of the eggs. Then, at 8:50 a man and his wife came down and all but the yogurt was put away. She said, well, we close at 9 a.m. It was NOT 9 a.m. and she could have easily distributed another order of meat and eggs. We essentially paid over $200 for a room and yogurt. This is unacceptable. We are planning to return to the area at least once a month for the foreseeable future. The Holiday Inn is just a few miles from there, less money, and I'm going to check into it.

The front staff inappropriately and unprofessionlly confronted me regarding pounding in out room, at 10:30 pm, had the wrong room but assumed it was mine because he heard children inside, then called my room twice, at almost 11:00 pm, to state he had the wrong room and offered me food from the marketplace. It wasn't until I said I deserved an apology that I received one. However he still zaid he was justified in his decision to give us a "first warning, and such" because he heard children inside the room. Accused of being disrespectful is not something that happens to me and i was made to feel like we werent wanted there and that there was nothing they could do except offer me some free food. I did ask for the contact information for a supervisor and will be contacting the chain of command for a refund and a formal apology for making us feel like we had done something wrong and ruined the one evening I needed to have with my children. You don't know my story and why I needed to be in a hotel that night. Your staff are undertrained and don't know their own chain of command if something were wrong and needed to be addressed. You have set your employees up to fail if this is how they are trained to treat guests, to hand out warnings to guests without properly investigating the situation. We spent the rest of our evening in silence, afraid of even walking in our hotel room, in fear of receiving a second warning. What comes with a second warning for an innocent guest?

The room was beautiful and clean, breakfast was great. Only two little things, the pool is very small and there are only four chairs available. There really isn’t enough room for more than 2 families to be in there at one time. The walls are pretty thin, I could hear almost everything from both rooms on either side of us. The restaurant that is next door was also a great addition to our stay.
