The lady who checked us in was extremely rude and got pretty aggressive with her tone when I asked her why the charge was more then what I paid on the website, she responded rudely with bulging eyes that she had already explained there was a hold of $50, however I didn’t hear her the first time she explained it. Her tone and response made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. My husband also had to go back to her to ask for an extra pillow and sheets as we were staying in a room as a family of four and they didn’t provide us any linens or pillows for the pullout couch and she made a loud huff and sigh like we were extremely inconveniencing her for something we ultimately paid for. If you don’t like your job then quit and find a new one. As for the room, it was old and smelled like stinky feet. There was mould by the windows and the floor of the bathroom looked dirty.

The hotel had a convenient location and nice staff. The room itself was clean and spacious. The pool area was dirty and jam packed with people. Not enough room to sit and over capacity. I did feel like our door to our room was made of paper. We could hear everything including conversations from the room across the hall, not to mention all the kids screaming and running through the halls. The house keepers started early and we could hear them all morning long ( not their fault) basically if you wanted to sleep past 7:30 it wasn’t going to happen

We were out of town guests for a family wedding. The hotel was close to the location of wedding events and that was a major deciding factor for us. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and accommodating (we had requested linen for the sofa bed and it was delivered in a timely manner). The breakfast in the morning was good with several choices in cold and hot items. My only complaint (and it is very minor) would have been that our room was located on the 2nd floor directly above the entrance. I could hear people talking as they came into the building, but I heard nobody in the hallway of the hotel. As I mentioned, that was a very minor complaint since it was not loud enough to wake me or enable me from sleeping. I would stay here again when we come back to visit the huge mall behind the hotel!

I was impressed by the price we paid for our room. The hotel was up to date and i was surprised by the Dove product in the bathroom and the breakfast was delicious. We were greated by a wonderful female staff member when we checked in. However, room was dusty, the bedding for the pull out bed was no where to be found and for a party of 5, we only had 2 towels, when asked for more we were told that they were all out. The chemicals in the pool were so intense that it burns your eyes just walking into the pool area and there was a rotten egg smell. No hot tub, and you should being your own pool towels because they run out of those as well. Great location for activities at the mall and dining out. Overall, it was basic, one night stay for a family of 5.

The front desk staff were incredible. Especially the afternoon staff. They treated my children specifically with so much love. It was a great experience. Thank you!

Our room was great. Modern styling, comfortable bed and ample space for my wife and I, plus our two kids. Location was excellent as we were spending the weekend at the outlet mall across the parking lot which was easy walking distance for our 3 and 4 year old. We did have a few issues with our stay however. First and foremost was the pool. I’m pretty sure they’re having issues with the filtration system. The water was visibly dirty and cold. None of the jets in the pool were actively spraying. Also there were no towels in the pool room, when my wife went to the front desk to get some, she was instructed to grab some from the fitness center. However, the fitness center was also out. He then told us “the guy that washes those towels is off right now so we won’t have any until he comes back”. This was on a Saturday, a fairly inconvenient time to go without. Another issue was their 24/7 fitness center. I could t sleep so went down there at 4:00am to get myself tired. My card wouldn’t unlock the door. However it would unlock the pool door that closed 5 hours prior. I went to the front desk to attempt to get access but nothing but a sign saying “be right back” was there. I knocked on the office door to try to get their attention but no one answered. Overall, I’d stay here again knowing I wouldn’t use the pool. I’d probably try the hotel next door if pricing was still similar.

This was one of our best stays as a family. Updated hotel and was clean and the staff at the desk were very friendly. Would stay here again if we travel back to this area again.

My daughter and I chose this hotel to be close to mall, as we were back to school shopping. We have stayed here previously and everything was great. Things not so well this time and not all due to the hotel staff. The bathroom had hair all over the tub and toilet, only issue with the room. Now our neighbors next to us, different story. One of them had children, I have four of my own and I get it traveling with kids can be hectic and kids are wound up. These little were screaming and running around banging on the walls hard enough for the headboard on our side of the room to move, this lasted until 1am-ish. Now the other room. My daughter and I go to get breakfast in the morning and wishing an inch almost stepped on a trash bag with Mountain Dew bottles and vomit!! Seriously why put it in front of the other door! It smelled so bad we were both gagging!! I don’t get people!!
