TownePlace Suites by Marriott Monroe

This is our second visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. We will be back when we travel to visit family!

Location was great.....breakfast had plenty of options. If it was not for the rowdy & NOISY family that stayed above us on the 3rd floor the stay would have been excellent.

The hotel was new, clean, and nice. The lady that checked me in was fast and knowledgeable. The room was great. The location was ideal. Everything about the stay was a 5 out of 5 until…. Took the kiddos to the pool Saturday morning and it was closed. Front desk seemed to be unaware of this. Went back in the afternoon and it was still closed and this time the front desk blamed it on not having any clean towels at the pool. Went back a short time later complaining that a pool is essential for the kids and a reason we chose this hotel. So the guy let us into the pool and said he thinks there was a chemical problem earlier but since the light wasn’t flashing red it should be fine lol. My complaint was that the staff seemed unaware and didn’t care about the pool situation. Everything else was great and we will stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and definitely family friendly. The breakfast was good for continental. Great place to stay with the family.

Good place to stay, quiet, decent, clean, and value to money. Only problem our family had was related to breakfast. Our family does not eat meat and didn't find any options except for coffee and bread. Seondly, labels were missing against the food, so even if that item was meatless one cannot figure out just by observation.
