Very clean and convenient for a weekend trip with family!!

Check in was easy and staff were very polite and professional. Pool was open and clean. Extra towels provided at request. Room was clean and ready for our arrival. Traveled with family and we were all comfortable. Would come here again.

We stayed here for two nights during a Robotics competition. Staff was great, breakfast was okay. The hotel isn't terribly run down but it is a bit dated. The pool was nice and warm but the hot tub had such high chlorine, it tarnished my silver ring so bad after a few minutes and had to be professionally cleaned when we got home. People did not stay in the pool room long as it was hard to breathe and burnt their eyes (this was the consensus of the multiple robotics groups that stayed there). The beds were clean and comfortable, it was nice to have a microwave and cooler (it's not a fridge, as I originally thought). My main issue and the reason I gave a low rating is that the temperature control knob on the shower was broken to the point you couldn't move it. The first night, my husband took a cold shower but the kids refused to bathe. In the morning we told the front desk and he came to check it out - agreed it was broken and said he'd have maintenance come in. When we got back from our competition the control was STILL broken but now the cover just kept popping off. My husband figured out a way to make it move just enough to be luke warm and the kids were quick. We reported that it was still broke immediately - no resolve. While leaving we AGAIN let them know and there was no attempt to make things right.

This was a anniversary stay. We booked a suite and wood have really have liked to use the pool and hot tub. There were kids in the hot tub and running up and down the halls for hrs. Finally after midnight they settled down. The walkways were slippery and so was the elevator floor from them playing in it. I have two children, and two grandchildren. I enjoy children playing but not till after midnight.

Definitely stay away from this hotel. When I checked-in the room smelt really bad of mould. Even the staff agreed to the bad condition and showed me different rooms. All bad condition. I was forced to stay here since I couldn’t find another hotel in the night. My kids fell sick the next day. I’m not sure how many people posted positive reviews. While I checked-in, one patron was complaining about no water. Another patron complaining about room door not opening. Seems like they have terrible housekeeping.

Great time with grandkids

The hotel has really went downhill since Radisson took over. There is mold around the seals in the shower and bathtub. There was hair in the bathtub. Dirty wash cloths stained with makeup. hallway floors are dirty. Ice machine on 3rd floor was broken. They no longer allow entrance from the side of the hotel which use to be really convenient when parking on that side of the building. My family has been staying there once a year since 2003. We will no longer be staying there.

First moment when I entered the building I decided to come again I felt that it is my home due to nice and friendly reception, hospitality and smooth walking in, the room was so clean I did my best not to mess up with any things. The breakfast and dining room was organized and I didn’t see any shortages in the food. Definitely I will recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends
