It was kids knocking on my door for a hour we caught them, they said they was going to call the front desk and tell them we was smoking weed in the room after confronting them about kicking my door hard, we was down stairs trying to complain, because we couldnt call, and she came at us and told us no smoking in the room, i told her to come in and smell for herself she denied and i only came because google said pool, get here they said no pool since 2022 and cant get a refund because though google say it the website dont.

We book Hyatt Places often when traveling with our family of five. This property was below the expectations we have come to have from Hyatt Place hotels. The staff was friendly and efficient. However, the room was very worn. Carpet in the room was stained and lifting in places, stains on furniture, pillows lumpy and flat, doors scratched up and dinged up. Just overall not great condition. Breakfast was not good. The fitness room had only three cardio machines, no dumbbells or any thing else at all and the pool was closed, which we were not aware of when booking. I would not book here again.

We got to the hotel and were informed that the pool was not open. In fact, it had been closed for more than a year. We were not aware of this when booking, otherwise we would not have stayed here. We were travelling with children and they were looking forward to time in the pool. Additionally the bar downstairs was not adequately staffed. The woman at the front desk had to run both the desk and the bar. The lobby also had quite a lot of fruit flies. The room itself was ok. Pretty dated and a little bit musty.

We were staying here while visiting family and seeing Greenfield Village. Everything at the hotel went well. We were given plenty of extra towels and washcloths when we asked. No problems with bringing our little dog along. And the breakfast was plentiful every morning. My only complaint would be that the scrambled eggs were overcooked! We have stayed here before and will continue to do so when we are in the Livonia area.
