Very nice hotel for a great price! It was nice to be able to fit our whole family of 6 into one room. Everything was clean and the breakfast was very nice.

For 1 night it was ok. The hotel is in a convenient location. Only 5-10 min drive to restaurants and a mall. Pool was a nice size for kids. The only thing we didn’t get hot water in the bathroom sink. Water was freezing to wash hands. Hotel was nice and clean.

Room was definitely above expectations in terms of amenities. The only comment I would have is some rowdy kids but they did quiet down before 10:00 p.m.

We stayed 7 nights for a family reunion (not held at the hotel) and felt very comfortable the whole week. The rooms are very spacious and everything is super clean. Housekeeping is on an every other day pattern which was fine by us. We are mostly Hampon Inn kind of people, but the price at this hotel caught our attention and earned our reservation. We worried it was going to be of lesser quality, but it wasn't . The only slight upgrade that I would hope happen is that the breakfast bar often ran out of items. Other than that slight flaw (there's a Tim Horton's in the area) we loved our stay.

Property was clean and quiet! Location is close to everything as well. Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool. The only setback was our room was never cleaned during our 5-night stay so I ended up asking for extra towels and toilet paper coz we ran out. The lady at the front desk said they clean every other day but it never happened.

Likes: I really enjoyed my stay here. My entire family had a blast! It is close to expressway, close to stores, very clean, free breakfast, perfect room prices, professional service staff, clean pool, big rooms. Dislikes: I am not sure why the rooms don’t have a microwave, you have to request one. There is plenty of space in the rooms so not sure whats the motive. Also, the staff at the front desk did not pick calls up and when you texted they sometimes took hours to reply. I stayed at a different Hyatt in Grand Rapids and they responded quickly and always answered the front desk phone. Maybe they were just understaffed for the holiday weekend. They were all very profesional and nice though.

Having a pull out couch was great for the kids! The room was very spacious. One of the top covers smelled like a dog had slept there otherwise everything was clean. The restaurant inside has just a couple of choices and they ran out of ingredients the first night we got there.

Great Service. I love the room just how it is describing the picture. My kids enjoying their pool it's nice and heated. Their breakfast is really good. I love they're workout gym. it's nice to relax. We really recommend this Hotel great service nice people we Love our Stay 💯
