The entire floor reeked of weed. Not family friendly and so wrong because I was traveling with little kids. When I say reeked the smell got into my room. Bugs in the bathroom. Would not stay here again or recommend.

Stay with a bunch of family, pet friendly. Have 2 young kids who love the pool but pool was freezing, hot tub sealed up and sauna door was screwed shut. Upsetting of not being able to enjoy a swim or warming up in the hot tub. Shower was Luke warm. Room never got cleaned. Tan out of toilet paper. Good variety of food for continental breakfast but wasn’t very good.

I have been staying at this hotel since it was built. I usually stay around 4th of July weekend, my family lives very close so it’s very convenient. The hotel is always clean and the staff is friendly. The hot tub and pool is always clean and accessible. I will continue to stay at this hotel every year when I visit Grand Rapids.
