Tru by Hilton Jackson, MI

We stayed as a small family for a few days. It was nice to get a hot breakfast every morning. The hotel has a friendly vibe and seems geared towards family which was a plus. Only thing is the pillows could have been better. Otherwise and overall great stay.

TRU Jackson Mi Stayed (as recommended) to attend a wedding. The place is clean but very sparse on aemenides not what we expected. I believe this motel is more geared for children than than for a business trip. As the exercise room is not open till 6 am I,m showered and headed to work by this time with no chance to work out. Like I say clean, staff is friendly, but this would not be my choice for a business trip There was only one office type chair in the room we had to request an other and could only get a small chair from the lobby. Couldn't get the window curtains to work. The tub,  the tub, good thing there are a number of hand holds as there is no bath mat to keep you from slipping when showering. not saying I will never stay at a Hilton facility again just not a TRU.

The staff was very friendly and my family enjoyed the stay. Thanks u guys rock!!

This hotel is not for business travelers. There’s no work space, no closet juts hooks for your dress clothes. The lighting is bad and kids running down the halls. Maybe good for families but I would avoid if you expect to do any work or get good sleep!

There were a lot of families here with kids running around, the pool was in full use but it was still fairly quiet - a few kids running up and down the halls but not bad room noise. Had an odd experience with smells. Came back after a day away and our room smelled like someone had a toxic experience in the bathroom. Took a long time to air out. Then in the middle of the night I woke up smelling cigarette smoke. I think the ventilation is just weird and we were getting stuff from other rooms. Bed was comfortable, shower pleasant and breakfast was good. What more can you ask for?

We loved our stay here. One thing that stood out is the quality and variety of breakfast food. Everything was delicious! my only complaint is that our room didn’t have any dressers or bureaus and as someone with a family who stayed for 3 days, it would’ve been nice to unpack and stay organized. Still, everyone was super friendly, everything looked clean and parking in really convenient. Definitely recommend!

This hotel was recommended to us by my brother in law who was also staying there the same time we were. This was a last minute trip to visit family under very sad circumstances. After having a very emotional day we went back to our hotel. We had some pizza in the lobby and went to the pool. After about 20 minutes in the pool one of the staff members came in and told us that there had been a complaint that we were dumping alcohol in the pool and her manager told her to call the police on us...even though none of us were holding anything when she came in, and there was another guest in the pool with us. I told her she needed to pull the footage because we obviously weren't doing that. She then tells me that they don't have any security cameras. We seriously had enough going on that day, we did not need staff threatening us. I also cannot believe a hotel would be so irresponsible as to not have security cameras in the common areas.

We stayed 2 nights for son's graduation. EVERY member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby felt like visiting someone's home and the people at the desk made us feel like we were part of their family.

The staff the room the pool the service was great ! The hotel was clean and very nice. We enjoyed the pool as it was open until midnight the kids loved a late night swim after skating , the pillows were jus how I liked them and I needed an extra pillow and blanket and staff had no issue bringing it to my room. I appreciate all this as we had a rough night before the stay on Saturday, so it was much needed

Absolutely loved the hostess Megan at the front desk. She was professional, nice and funny. We discovered that I went to school with her parents. Our room was very clean. Loved the walk in shower. Overall great stay. Will definitely stay there again when visiting family.
