Comfort Inn & Suites Jackson

The property didn’t have a hot tub even though they advertised that they did. Also the pool was out of order. I would have picked a different hotel if I knew that. Also when I checked in the front desk person didn’t tell me. She also saw my family going downstairs in our bathingsuits and still said nothing to us. She was actually pretty rude about it. The fact that the pool wasn’t operational and the staff was rude ruined the stay for me

It was advertised that there was a pool and a hot tub. There was NO hot tub and the pool was down. This is not okay considering I have four children who were counting on a pool.

Convenient to our family and friends

Received a noise complaint regarding my ONE YEAR OLD!!!!! Wasn’t even 8pm and wasn’t even being loud. Just a baby being a baby. Also the swimming pool smells Toxic. We were not getting in that pool!

I will never return to this hotel. No supervision in pool with over 25 people in it. I had a 1yo and 5yo with me and we could not be in pool for more than 5 minutes. I was hit in head with a ball and a large water gun. BUT worst was the loud, noisy neighbors across and next to us. I called the front desk x3 from 1:30am to 3:00am without any solution. If I didnt have small children with me I would of left. I

No hottub; was the main reason for staying with them; it's boarded over. Mouse traps under the dresser; kid found it while reaching under for his phone. Staff was, not very friendly

Liked it was near the freeway but it was super quiet because there are many hotels but this was the furthest away. Hot breakfast was good. Fresh fruit, oatmeal, bagels and breads and DIY waffles. Clean rooms, large TV. Cons... because I booked thru Expedia I was required to give an additional deposit ( $150 ) which I was highly angry about as I already ore paid my room. When I asked what would happen if I did not have that amount if money what would happen ? I was told that my reservation would be canceled and I could not stay there. It then would take days for Expedia to refund me thus leaving a traveler without a place to stay. So that super sucks. I was next to noisey kids and called but to no avail. Kids ran up and down the hallways and knocking on the walls for hours. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days according to a sign. That is a huge turn off. So yeah I wasnt happy and wouldn't stay again with that very unfair deposit policy as I already paid for the room in full.

For a family of 4, this hotel is great! Affordable, comfortable, and clean, I would stay here again without hesitation. We stayed for 4 nights, and noticed some staffing issues, however, the staff that was available did a great job of making us feel provided for and welcome. The lack of employees was well handled on their end. Breakfast was hot and well supplied, and the pool was always stocked with towels and kept clean.
