Snack machines took 20$ off my credit card and I didn’t get drinks. Next room over had screaming (not just crying) children till 3-4 am. No one did anything about it.

Great price and they accommodated additional members of family with no issues!!

This no frills property was very clean, very quiet, pet friendly, wirh beautiful indoor pool. Near to town but far enough away if you don't want to be in the middle of congestion/noise. Suggestion: for the rate charged, please provide coffee/tea and additional bottles of toiletries in the room as there are not enough for even a small family.

The staff were welcoming, the location was convenient, and the kids enjoyed the pool. We appreciated the staff going above by opening breakfast early for the race in town. The hotel itself is showing its age, but overall, we were happy with our stay!

Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Located between Charlevoix and Petoskey. Quiet area, pool was great for the kids and hot tub was super hot! Nice breakfast in the morning. Several options for grab and go. Staff was friendly and we had no issues.

I rate hotels as yes or no in terms of would I go back. This hotel is a yes. As a "2 star" hotel this is a five. Great people, great condition. I want a hotel where you can walk to the lobby/breakfast inside. This is one. Very comfortable place, well maintained. The staff is excellent. The breakfast is decent. Our grandkids found stuff they liked... a big win for us. You can't go wrong if you want value.

DO NOT stay here! Positive:lobby was updated & staff at check in was pleasant, but only because it was their job to do so; obvious they just wanted to get back to whatever they were doing. Negatives: *pictures online are NOT at all what the building, pool, rooms, or anything look like except the lobby. *the pool was disgusting & not maintained properly; can’t see the bottom because it’s dirty/cloudy=health code violation! *the hot tub should have been out of order, as the jets were not working & stagnant HOT water breeds countless illnesses & bacteria!! Health code violation! *pool floor has jagged rocks that hurt your feet. My son’s toe was cut within a minute of walking in! *pool is very dimly lit, which leads to accidents=health code violation! *pool is not vented properly/there is black mold on windows=health code violation! *breakfast “hot” food-what a joke! *thin/cheap toilet paper. *ac/heat don’t work properly & made a ticking noise all night! *roll away bed didn’t fit in room, unless you’d put a young child right in front of the ac/heat, let them freeze or sweat to death all night & not be able to sleep with noise by their head? We had to put the bed right by the bathroom/exit, which is a safety violation if there was an emergency & it was inconvenient to use the bathroom! *bed pillows were flat from over use! *sheets were cheap/itchy/thin! *thin throw blanket (not what’s pictured)! *mattress is ancient, rock hard, & coils stick nearly through!
