Great value with a nice view of the lake. We stayed two nights and found it clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was great for our family of four. The only issue was that there was no elevator. We had some heavy bags and it was difficult to get everything up the stairs. But overall, we had a good experience. Cleanliness is key for us and the hotel was very clean. The staff was pleasant.

We have family in Petoskey and we stay here every year when we come to visit. The pool and hot tub are a great place to hang out with our family as well as the living room and full kitchen in the one of the suites. It is like having an apartment. There are only two of the suites so book ahead. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is on par with Holiday Inn Express, etc. We will be back next year

Staff was warm & friendly. Corridors free from debris. Pool was incredible and hotub kids had a great time ! Breakfast was good a lil more variety but no complaints . It was quiet at night. It's an older hotel but charming.

This was a very nice place with clean rooms. We enjoyed our one of two nights there. The only reason for 4 stars was because on the second night we had to suddenly check out around 10 p.m. due to a family medical emergency. The lady at the front desk said that since we booked with Expedia, we would need to contact them about a refund. The family member passed the next morning and a few days later I contacted Expedia. I was asked if the hotel approved our check out. (?) I told them that I was told to contact Expedia. They called the hotel and said that our refund of the one night was denied because we didn't contact them within one day of check out. Expedia asked about a partial refund, but that was denied, too. It would have been nice for the front desk to tell us that we had only 1 day to contact them, as we were busy making arrangements.

The king suite was FANTASTIC for our family of four! We were able to cook meals in our room, spread out, play games, etc. And it's nice to have the daily housekeeping service back! Thank you!

We were very happy with the customer service, cleanliness, peace and quiet, and large spread for breakfast. The pool was pretty chilly, and the hot tub was a bit too hot. But overall it was a great stay for my family!
