Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Canton, an IHG Hotel

We had a phenomenal stay. From the amazing staff, the cleanliness, the great breakfast and overall environment we were very happy with our stay. Thank you everyone at this location for making us feel like family🎉

I loved everuthing about it. I was looking forward to the hot tub but it was full of screaming kids. There was a girls softball tournament that weekend. It would be nice if you had afults only for the ladt hour. But everything else was great!

Didn’t stay more than 15 minutes before we left. My kid has asthma and the cigarette odor and musty air required the use of her inhaler. We’re trying to get a refund.

The front desk and breakfast staff at this Holiday Inn Express were very well-trained and friendly. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at this type of hotel. More attention could be given to the cleanliness of the rooms. (Hairs in the bathroom, crumbs on the floor, handprints on the walls.) This could be due to the poor lighting and the housekeepers simply cannot see...or from the fact that I used to manage a hotel for years and tend to be much more observant than a normal guest. I don't know if there were several family reunions going on or what the reason was, but the hotel was extremely loud on the 3rd floor with children crying and running back and forth through the hall. I did not call down to complain because it wasn't like it was an adult who knew better. They were children who needed to run off their energy. As long as you go there with the awareness that this is a family hotel that is not going to be a quiet oasis but the trade-off is a wonderful pool and terrific breakfast you will be satisfied with your stay.

We stayed here for a local tournament for our kids. Entire team stayed. Was perfect for what we needed. Pool for the kids. Breakfast on site was great. Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Hotel could use some updates, but overall a very enjoyable and comfortable family experience.

The hotel overall was good the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We were right next to the elevator and a family thought 130 am was a great time to have a hall party which is at no fault of the hotel just unruly rude guests which was disturbing. The hotel staff in charge of breakfast called in sick so there was no hot breakfast offered, it happens but inconvenient.. bagels cereal and yogurt was still provided. It’s a fairly quiet area you have to travel about 10 minutes to all major stores (if your purpose of visiting is shopping) but it’s not far! The pool was nice, be very careful of the light in the hot tub, I burnt my leg on it! But didn’t complain it is what is it. We would still stay here again however we would request to not be next to the elevator. Very friendly front desk staff, didn’t encounter any other staff but I’m sure they were just as friendly.

The food staff quit so there was no breakfast as normal. The hotel phone in my room did not work and there were about 30 people staying in the room next to me who swore and smoked pot from 9 pm until 3 am… while their kids ran up and down the halls. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I travel 4-8 days out of each month.

Decent stay. The chair & ottoman in the room could use a deep cleaning. Bed was comfortable shower was hot, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash wasn’t filled so we ran out, fortunately we had our own. Breakfast was good and coffee. My biggest complaint was kids running through the halls upstairs and I’ll never stay in the room right next to the pool, I was waken by loud kids at 6am going to the pool. But overall decent stay.

The staff was very friendly. My family and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The free breakfast selection was very good.

My baby and I enjoyed our stay staff was friendly our room was very clean I will be back again!
