Great Wolf Lodge Boston / Fitchburg, MA

I didn't love it but it's not necessarily the fault of GWL. I was doing something in the area so my wife and I stayed strictly for the hotel room itself. There's just a LOT of people there at any one time. A LOT of activity. A LOT of noise. But that's what that place is for. If you're there with a family, it's almost certainly great. Check out is a lot faster and easier than check-in. And to charge $15 a day to park in what is essentially a giant lot is just a money-grab. What I can say on a positive note is that the rooms were a good size, they were clean, and we had a couple drinks at the bar and they were quite good.

Such a fun hotel for the whole family, very expensive but the kids loved it!

This Great Wolf property is for families with young children.

I thought the property is nice! This park is for younger kids! I like being able to charge everything from a wrist band. But, when I asked for an itemized list I was told I would get this in an email! Still waiting! Bad customer service!

Love that both the kids and adults can have a great time in one spot!!! Prices to eat are high for portions they charge 16.00 for a basic burger and fries. Staff at check in forgot to give us 3 of our children bracelets leaving us to walk all the way around the building again to get them however staff gave us no trouble in giving us our correct number of bracelets. Water park was closed for 8pm on a Friday night 😵‍💫😭 Making greatwolf a family tradition to celebrate our daughters bday!!!

I liked that all the water play features were 2.5-4 feet deep so my little kids could have hours of fun.

Had a fabulous time at the Great Wolf Lodge Fitchburg, Ma Everyone was a first timer and we were all impressed with the quick check-in / out in addition to the daily age range of activities offered in and out of the water. The service was amazing, staff were so professional, the lifeguards were very active and well trained. The food and servers at the bar were so friendly & welcoming. They were over the top accommodating with a group of 10 with 5 kids and interacted with them all. It made a great place to watch the Celtics Championship Game. The rooms and facilities were stocked and clean. The Mattresses weren't the best. Definitely a new lifer and signed up for the Voyager Club for return visits & future Birthday Parties.
