It seems like no matter what time of year we go here, there is a soccer or sporting event. The issue with that is the parents allow their kids to run up and down the halls at all hours and yell to one another down the halls as if they were the only ones at the hotel. This time it was 12 midnight and 1 a.m. I told the desk clerk in the morning and she said there was " supposed" to be all night security to prevent that. These kids also go through the breakfast buffet unchecked and make a mess of things and take more food than they will ever eat. We just won't be staying there again.

Not much dining around there but several good dining options in Ayer only about 1.5 miles away. There were a lot of kids staying there our second night and apparently the next morning the breakfast area was rather chaotic as a result but I was fortunately able to go later and avoid it. All in all, quite pleased and would stay here again.

This was the 1st day for my family and I at Sugar Hill we will most definitely visit again and I would also recommend to friends and family.

The hotel is in a state of disrepair, they service was not great (maybe low staffing?) threw away a bag we left after we called 30 minutes later and said they never saw it we found it on top of the dumpster. No luggage cart or staff support so checking out with three kids I forgot a bag and called when I quickly realized. I have a description of the item they said they would leave it in the office and then threw it away.
