SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boston Logan Airport Revere Beach

This was not the worst place we've stayed but not the best. Our family of 5 booked an Ocean View suite with two queen beds and a sofa. We were able to check in early which was nice but the bathroom had not been fully stocked, there was no hand soap, or tissues, and they only provided 3 towels even though we booked for 5 people. Location is perfect, steps away from the Blue line we were able to take the train from the airport no issues, also steps from Revere Beach. Noise was an issue. Bathroom doors are sliding doors and we could hear the neighboring rooms doors slamming every time someone used the bathroom. Also loud music every night from neighboring restaurants until at least 11pm. The indoor pool was completely gross. mildew on the walls, cloudy water, and sand in the pool from post beach goers. The gym was nice and had a bottle filler which we utilized. Room cleaning was every other day and they never filled the shampoo, conditioner, or shower gel. we ran out of conditioner and shower gel and had to request more on a day after they had cleaned. Also had to request additional towels constantly. But the response was swift and they did deliver to the room every time we called. The free breakfast was okay, scrambled eggs and sausage most days, waffles only on the weekend, and typical pastries, cereal, etc. Nothing fancy. Breakfast was always swamped, the staff looked frazzled trying to keep up and items ran out consistently. Overall stay was fine for the price.

This was the absolute best hotel stay we’ve ever had! The front staff ladies, Sarah and Elizabeth, were both so welcoming and kind! When we first arrived, our rooms weren’t ready yet, but Sarah made sure the housekeeping staff prioritized our rooms first so that we could check in (we had a party of 11 and I booked two rooms) and also ensured they were connecting. The hotel was clean and tidy! We promptly received extra towels, toiletries and turn down service when requested. The ocean view from the rooms is breathtaking and the easy access of the exclusive walkway ramp going straight from the hotel to the beach was so convenient! The inhouse bar/restaurant was always poppin at night and the menu was so good at a reasonable price. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was just the cherry on top. We absolutely loved our 4 day stay and will definitely return! Sarah is the most kind and thoughtful person ever and never made me feel like I was a nuisance when I asked 20 million questions. I’ve read the reviews that complained of the daily parking fees or pricing of the hotel itself but on the contrary- when visiting such a touristy area, their parking fee and hotel rates are actually really reasonable. Considering all the other areas we visited and different beaches around town- parking rates as high as $50 for a couple hours- $15 per day at this hotel is not bad at all! We’ll definitely be coming back and thanks for making our short family vacation so enjoyable!

Walking distance to the beach, restaurant right next door was awesome, beautiful view of the beach, my kids loved the free breakfast lol

We had a quick one night stay. Room fit my family of six well. Kids enjoyed the pool too.

Best location for a family trip to Boston! Quieter, slower pace than the city, but close enough to enjoy the city scene too. Great for families. Spacious. Our kids loved the easy access to the beach. Great dining in the area.

The SpringHill Suites in Revere was perfect. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was very accommodating for me and my 4 children. The beach view was amazing and the hotel was directly across the street from the beach. The pool was nice, cozy, and clean. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

Absolutely loved it! Breakfast all but disappears by 8am, so we took the kids down in their jammies second morning. Super friendly staff, easy beach access and the T directly behind the hotel was chef's kiss. My only complaint is that we had to ask for more towels/washcloths to accommodate all girls but staff had it up to us so quickly it wasn't an inconvenience at all.

Location to Chelsea along with the ocean view was the perfect combo for our weekend away. Took a walk down Revere beach, grabbed dinner at one of the hotel recommended restaurants Bianchi’s, was a convenient to drive to Chelsea for a graduation, convenient parking garage, pool for the kids, complimentary breakfast, and grabbed some Starbucks located in lobby area of hotel before heading home. Next time we’d take the train into Boston (Wonderland stop is literally behind hotel)!

My family and I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the beach. Our trip had lots of rain and cold, but on the rare occasions when the sun was out it was a spectacular view and the beach was quitr inviting. The rooms were comfortable and the pool was refreshing. The breakfast options were basic but overall a fine stay. I wouldnt do it again due to a few important issues: the parking process is complicated and needs to be redesigned. I had to acquire a new parking pass each time I came to park and then head to the reception area to have it registered with my room number only to not even need to do that since the parking lets you out freely. The optipns in the room for coffee was meager, 2 small packets of sugar and 1 packet of creamer. When we called to request more sugar and creamer, it didn't arrive in time of over 30 minutes and I had to call again to remind the front desk. Lastly, a shuttle van parked in the main parking area in front, myself and another guest were forced to reverse down the parking hill since the shuttle driver had left the van and was nowhere to be found. The parking needs an overhaul.

This is a wonderful Hotel!!! We had a room with a beautiful beach view. Very kid friendly with a pool. The bathroom in the pool area could have been a bit cleaner but overall our stay was fantastic!!!
