Comfort Inn & Suites Logan International Airport

Great stay! Location was perfect, breakfast was good, impeccable service, clean room with mini fridge and microwave. Indoor pool for the kids. Right next to Logan airport if you’re flying and walking distance to Revere Beach.

Flawless stay with my family. Friendly staff quick to respond to our needs. Room was spotless. Pool was clean. Great breakfast.

Wonderful stay. Great , spacious clean rooms. Having a restaurant down stairs was so convenient for the family. Definitely would stay again.

$75 for a dog and $20 for parking! I should have stayed somewhere else. This was a nice hotel, don't get me wrong, the pool was warm and clean, the room was clean, I can't complain about that but I wasn't expecting the extra $95 in charges. My dog is cleaner than my kid, so $75 is way too much, plus there's 0 places to walk dogs around there. Also, as a guest why should I have to pay to park there?! I would have stayed in a nicer hotel if I new about the add ons in advance. Also, having to swipe your key card to use the elevator each time is also a massive pain.

Our room was clean and spacious with a great view of the city. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. There were many options and it was kept well stocked. The pool was on the small side, but my kids still had fun. We will definitely stay there again.

I don’t normally do reviews but I must give Comfort Inn complete credit for affordability, comfort, hospitality and that breakfast each day. They even provide shuttle to and from Logan airport which was extremely convenient. We got there a couple hours before check in, but they facilitated us and the room was great for a family of four with two young kids. They provided a clean crib for the infant and the food out couch/bed was sufficient for our 8 year old. Their location is about 15 minutes to the nearest subway (Blue line) but that walk is required after those loaded breakfasts lol. The walk to the bus is about five minutes. Full kudos Comfort Inn would come again!

Breakfast was good. Pool was small and looked nasty to swim in but my kid made me anyways. Need more seats in pool area, bigger towels. The hotel is nice though no other issues. Restaurant needs more staff

I enjoyed the proximity to the airport and gas stations. There was great customer service from check-in, breakfast, and checkout. I especially enjoyed that the staff made the waffles to order and helped keep the eating area clean. My kids (3 and 6) loved the breakfast items. Parking was easy and included. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed that they had a microwave and mini fridge.

The pool was freezing. The kids wouldn’t even go in. The staff was great and the airport transportation was easy and convenient.

I stayed in a K suite with my daughter for 3nights & from the moment we got there to the time we checked out the staff was super pleasant and helpful! I notice small details & 2 things stood out to me: 1-was the remote for the tv was wrapped in plastic with a sticker that it was sanitized for our use. Super cool that they did that I’ve never seen it anywhere else. & 2- the elevators won’t let you go up unless you use your room key and push the floor you are on. That made me feel safe that unless you are a guest you can’t just go up in the elevators. Continental breakfast was great, larger indoor pool than most hotels I’ve stayed at &water wasn’t cold, shower had good pressure & hot water, beds comfortable, lots of dining options nearby & Walmart & target etc close by as well. Nothing negative to say about our stay. It IS a hotel that is used by people coming or going to the airport so with the luggage bags the elevator does get a little crowded at times but that didn’t hinder our stay. And for those catching flights they have a monitor with up to date info on departing flights etc so you can see if it’s delayed. I will definitely be coming back here with the whole family next time!
