I liked everything about the location. If I ever visit Boston again, I’m definitely choosing that holiday inn to stay in. My room was very clean, I had enough space for my children play, the ac worked, and there’s shopping mall right around the corner so I was able to get all the necessities I needed

I liked the breakfast for my kids to start their day. I felt safe because of the locked doors on the first floor. You had to have a key in order to use the elevator and stairs. I liked the tv in the lobby that told the weather and flight info.

I met my son, who lives in KCMO, in Boston for some Red Sox games and just family fun. This was perfect— well located to shopping and Fenway and other sites we wanted to see. And the hotel crew was awesome!

I don’t like that you need a room key to use the bathrooms. With small children it can be challenging to find your card or as I also experienced when you are waiting to check-in and your child desperately needs to go and you have to wait. We were deeply saddened to see the use of Styrofoam plates for breakfast. The bagels melted the plate and then we couldn’t eat them due to the toxicity. We noticed the trash was overflowing in the dining area. I will say the room was nice & clean and housekeeping staff was very friendly.
